A Note About Telehealth Visits
A telehealth lactation counseling visit provides individualized support, education, and problem-solving from the comfort of your home. We’ll discuss your feeding goals, review your baby’s feeding patterns, answer questions, and create a plan tailored to your family's needs.
Because this visit takes place virtually, there are some limitations to what can be assessed online. While I can observe positioning, discuss what you are seeing, and provide guidance, I am not able to perform hands-on assessments, oral evaluations, weighted feeds, or fully evaluate the feeding environment as I can during an in-home visit.
If you are experiencing complex feeding concerns, significant pain, concerns about milk transfer, or challenges that may require hands-on support, an in-home consultation may be the better option.
Follow-Up Lactation Counseling Visits

Best for: Existing clients who need continued breastfeeding support.
Follow-up visits provide ongoing guidance as your feeding journey evolves. We’ll assess progress, perform another weighted feed if needed, answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your feeding plan as your baby’s needs change.

45 Minutes–1 Hour | $125
Best for: Existing clients who want convenient virtual support.
Perfect for feeding check-ins and ongoing guidance as your breastfeeding journey continues.
